A Girl’s Life

As an educator, I talk to young people about media influences on a constant basis. In a classroom, it’s easy to discuss how messages from magazines and music videos can damage a girl’s self-esteem. In this documentary, you see how those societal pressures impact the lives of real teenage girls. It also reminds us that our young people can never have enough loving and caring adults in their lives.
