Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at 4:25PM Here’s a PSA that the O’Neil Junior Senior High School created for a local cable channel in O’Neil, Nebraska. Some of the statistics used in this PSA are different than those we typically use, but the message is clear, “Stop the Abuse.”
